Spear Joins Hyperdynamics As VP, E&P

Hyperdynamics Corp., Sugar Land, Texas, (NYSE: HDY) has named James R. Spear vice president, E&P, and vice president, E&P, of subsidiary SCS Corp. He was a geophysical/geological consultant with Devon Petroleum Consultants, senior geophysical/geological advisor to Shell Deepwater New Ventures and vice president, exploration and prospect generation, for Providence Energy Group.
