NGP Names Kile To Board, Conine Resigns

NGP Capital Resources Co., Houston, (Nasdaq: NGPC) has named Lon C. Kile to its board. He was chief financial officer of Energy Transfer Co. (now Energy Transfer Partners LP), president and chief operating officer of Prize Energy Corp. and executive vice president of Pioneer Natural Resources Co.


C. Kent Conine has resigned from the board due to increased responsibilities as the new chair of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and other business commitments. Conine had been on the NGP board since inception in 2004.
