Pegasi Energy Resources Corp., Tyler, Texas, (OTCBB: PGSI) reports its Harris No. 2 and Childers No. 2 in Marion County, Texas, have been completed. The company reports both wells were frac treated in the first of several stages in the Cotton Valley group and are producing oil and gas as well as treatment fluid into temporary production facilities while permanent equipment is being placed on location. Gas production will go to market through a new high-pressure 8-inch pipeline that was recently built by Pegasi.
