Jeffrey J. Nichols has moved to Houston-based law firm Haynes and Boone LLP has named Jeffrey J. Nichols as a partner in the firm’s energy and power practice group where he will focus on structured energy transactions for oil and gas, and electric power companies. He was a senior counsel with Dynegy Inc., is a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig LLP and has experience in the merchant energy industry.
