Exterra Energy Inc., Amarillo, Texas, (OTCBB: EENR) plans to acquire interests in the Newark East Barnett shale in Parker and Jack counties, Texas, from an undisclosed seller for approximately $336,000 in stock. The deal is expected to close in early May in conjunction with a 60-to-1 reverse stock split.
