Admiral Bay Reaches 4MMCFGPD in Sales from KS Properties; Elects Directors

Admiral Bay Resources Inc., Centennial, Colo., (TSX: ADB) says it has reached its goal of 4 million cubic feet of gas per day in sales from its Kansas developments, where it recently installed three electric compressor and will add new third-party gas production in the Shiloh project.
 
Admiral Bay has also completed its gathering system and has connected 15 wells from its Mound Valley project, which were drilled in 2008. Three wells in the Devon/Ft. Scott development have been completed and are contributing to third-party gas production. The company says it expects continued gas sales growth as it continues drilling and recompleting wells in Kansas throughout 2009.
 
Admiral Bay chief executive officer Steve Tedesco says, "We are pleased with the continued growth of production and improved efficiencies in our Kansas coalbed methane projects. We have achieved solid results from our last capital program and Admiral Bay is now set for further low risk development with over 150 potential low-risk development locations along our recently upgraded gathering systems in Kansas."
 
In addition, Tedesco, Admiral Bay chairman Bill Powers, Vern Swanson and Steven Quoy were elected as directors at the annual shareholder meeting held Feb. 10.
 
Admiral Bay has assets in the Cherokee Basin in southeast Kansas and the Appalachian Basin in Pennsylvania.
