Antero Midstream Partners LP priced the private placement of about 12.9 million common units for about $243 million in gross proceeds, the company said Sept. 17.
The closing of the private placement is subject to the closing of Antero Midstream’s acquisition of Antero Resources Corp.’s (AR) integrated water business and other conditions. The placement is scheduled to close concurrently with the water business acquisition.
When the private placement is completed, the total cash and unit consideration paid to Antero Resources will be $794 million and about 10.9 million common units.
