Brad Holmes was appointed as a director at Saratoga Resources Inc. following the resignation of Andrew Clifford as president and as a director, the company said Jan. 24.
Clifford will continue as a strategic adviser.
Saratoga Resources also said it plans to open a new office in Kenner, La. This coincides with the company’s work establishing production at Lake Fortuna Field assets, said Thomas Cooke, chairman, CEO and president.
Cooke also said that, since its exit from bankruptcy, Saratoga sold its two remaining Gulf of Mexico assets.
Saratoga Resources Inc. is based in Houston.
