Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: APC) increased the amount of outstanding 6.375% senior notes in a tender offer to $1.25 billion, up from $1 billion, the company said April 22.
All other terms of the tender offer remain unchanged, and the early tender date was April 21.
The tender offer will expire on May 5.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. are dealer managers, and the information agent and tender agent is D.F. King & Co. Inc.
