American Natural Energy Corporation ("ANEC") (TSX Venture: ANR.U) announced that it has sold an aggregate of 7 million shares of its common stock for an aggregate cash consideration of $420,000. The proposed sale of the shares was previously announced on June 8, 2012.
The proceeds are proposed to be used to fund the drilling and development of ANEC's Bayou Couba proved undeveloped locations.
