On June 2, American Energy Partners LP detailed several changes to its executive team.
Jeff Agosta was appointed CFO of American Energy—Utica LLC, Jeff Mobley was appointed as senior vice president for major acquisitions for American Energy Partners and Ryan A. Turner became chief investment officer and CFO for institutional investments at American Energy Partners, the company said.
Most recently, Agosta was CFO for Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN), from 2010 to 2014, the company said. He has a bachelor’s of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma, the company said, noting that he is also a certified public accountant.
Most recently, Mobley was senior vice president for investor relations and research at Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE: CHK), American Energy Partners said. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and also has a bachelor’s of science degree in agricultural economics from New Mexico State University, the company said.
Most recently, Turner was vice president of finance at American Energy Partners, the company said. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in economics and history from Duke University, the company said.
