Acadian Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ACX) announced the appointment of Mark Lawrence as Interim CEO, effective September 10, while Chairman John McDevitt is on a Leave of Absence for medical reasons.
Mr. McDevitt will remain a director of the Company, as will Mark Lawrence.
Mr. Lawrence commented, "the Company is continuing to refocus its efforts to identify and pursue New Albany Shale Oil opportunities and will continue to welcome John's contribution and assistance as a director in this regard while he is on leave."
