The American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) inducted members of the 2015-2016 AAPL executive committee at its 61st annual meeting in Nashville,Tenn., the company said June 29.
The seven-member executive committee has more than 100 years’ combined leadership experience with AAPL, industry and communities.
The 2015-2016 AAPL executive committee members are:
· President Marc R. Strahn, CPL – president of The Wolf Haven Corp. and High Story Ventures Inc. in Story, Wyo.;
· First Vice President Pamela D. Feist, CPL – land manager of Lakewood Exploration and vice president of Lakewood Operating Ltd. in Midland, Texas;
· Second Vice President Carl D. Campbell, CPL – executive vice president and COO of Alamo Resources LLC in Houston;
· Third Vice President Julie E. Woodard, CPL – land manager for Chesapeake Energy Corp. in Oklahoma City;
· Secretary Kevin R. Dickerson, CPL – vice president of land and business development for Orange Energy Corp. in Grapevine, Texas;
· Treasurer Jay W. Beavers, CPL – president, Beavers Energy LP in Sanger, Texas;
· Immediate Past President Roger A. Soape, CPL – president of Roger A. Soape Inc. in Houston.
“The 2015-2016 officers of AAPL’s executive committee are trailblazers in the American petroleum land industry and champions for the ongoing education and preservation of ethical integrity of American landmen,” said Le’Ann Callihan, director of communications for AAPL. “Through their impressive careers, they are setting a positive example for the next generation of landmen.”
The AAPL represents and joins 18,000 landmen and land-related persons across the U.S. and Canada.
