Summus Solutions Appoints Two New Directors

Summus Solutions N.V. (TSXV: SS.V) has named Jerome Hüser as a director of the company effective December 27, 2012.
Hüser currently holds a manager position with DF Demain Finance in Baar, Switzerland.
Summus Solutions has also named Stephan Bruehl as a director effective December 27, 2012.
According to the release, Bruehl has a wide range of experience as a general manager with companies in the media, telecom and IT business.
Jan Scheelings and Evert Meilink have resigned as directors effective as of December 27, 2012.
