McDermott Appoints Schumann To Board

McDermott International Inc. (NYSE: MDR) announced that William H. Schumann III has been appointed to its board of directors. He will also serve on the company’s audit and governance committees.
Schumann retired from FMC Technologies Inc., following over 30 years of service. During his career with FMC, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including serving over 10 years as CFO.
