Lone Pine Selects Fitzpatrick As Interim CEO

Lone Pine Resources Inc. (NYSE: LPR) has appointed David M. Fitzpatrick as interim CEO, effective immediately.
The employment of David M. Anderson, as president and CEO, and Edward J. Bereznicki, as executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been terminated by the board of directors.
The board has initiated a search process for a permanent CEO and has retained Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive recruiting firm, to assist in the process.
