Thomas Loch has resigned as president and chief operating officer of Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSXV: MOC).

Loch was a founder of the company and had been its president and chief operating officer since December 2009. His resignation is effective December 31, 2012. He remains a director of the company.

Morumbi Resources Inc. is a Toronto-based company with a light oil property in northwest Alberta as well as early stage mineral exploration licences in PNG.
