Kirby Resigns As CFO Of Precision Petroleum

James Kirby has resigned from his position as chief financial officer of Precision Petroleum Corp. (OTC Markets: PPTO), the company announced.
His resignation is effective May 9, 2012. At this time there is no replacement named, according to the release.
