Hamal Joins EFL Overseas As COO

EFL Overseas Inc. (OTCQB: EFLO) has appointed H. Wayne Hamal as chief operating officer, the company announced.
According to the release, Hamal has over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience with both major and independent oil companies. He was general manager of E&P from 2008 to 2011, and senior engineering and drilling manager from 2005 to 2008, for InterOil Corp. operating in Papua New Guinea.
