Bruce Streeter has elected to retire from GulfMark Offshore Inc. (NYSE: GLF) as an officer and director effective on June 4.
According to the release, Streeter has led the company for 23 years since its inception as president and CEO. The board thanks him for his years of service during which the company grew from 11 ships to the current fleet of 70 ships.
Quintin Kneen, chief financial officer, will assume the additional role of president and CEO. Kneen has served in various roles since he joined the company in 2008.
David Rosenwasser was named as the senior executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Based in Houston, GulfMark provides marine transportation services to the energy industry through a fleet of offshore support vessels.
