Endeavour International Corp. (NYSE: END) appointed Catherine 'Cathy' L. Stubbs to senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.

According to the release, Stubbs has over 20 years of experience in financial management in the energy industry and eight years with Endeavour.
