Robert J. Anderson has informed Halcón Resources Corp. (NYSE: HK) of his intention to resign as executive vice president, chief operating officer to pursue other opportunities.
The effective date of Anderson’s resignation has not yet been determined but is expected to occur in February 2013.
CEO Floyd Wilson will assume the chief operating officer responsibilities in the interim, while an internal search is performed to find a replacement, according to Baird & Co.
