 Texas oilman and wind power advocate T.Boone Pickens brought his 'Pickens Plan" to Capitol Hill on Tuesday, appearing before the Senate Homeland Security Committee. He talked about the need to sever the nation's dependence on foreign oil by using the nation's conventional and unconventional energy assets.
