Allied Energy Inc., Bowling Green, Ky., (Pink Sheets: AGGI) plans to acquire a 60% working interest in the drilling of a well in Luster Field in Colorado from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price.

The well will immediately off-set Bicek #1 well located in the Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin of Morgan County. Bicek #1 originally production at 125 barrels of oil per day in the early 1960s.
