Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp., Denver, (Amex: KOG) raised a total US$18.8 million through the sale of an additional 820,000 shares as overallotment for a total 6.8 million shares at US$2.75 each. KeyBanc Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets acted as underwriters in the offering. SJP
