Pengrowth Corp., administrator of Pengrowth Energy Trust, Calgary, (Toronto: PGF-UN; NYSE: PGH), has closed US$279.3 million debt offering through the sale of US$265 million 6.98% notes due 2018 and C$15 million (US$14.33 million) 6.61% notes due 2018 to pay debt. SJP
