Allied Energy Inc., Bowling Green, Ky., (Pink Sheets: AGGI) says it has successfully drilled the Foust #7-9, #8-9, #9-9 and #10-9 wells in Pawnee County, Okla.
Foust #7-9 was put in production in early March and has been producing in the reported range of 200,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day. Allied Energy says it anticipates that the well may establish some oil production in addition to gas in the future.
Foust #8-9A and #9-9 are awaiting a fracture stimulation treatment scheduled to take place in the near future; after the frac, the wells are expected to begin production.
Allied Energy says there is production potential in this area from formations including Bartlesville Sand, Prue Sand, Layton Sand, Misener Sand and Red Fork Sand.
Allied president Steve Stengall says, “We are prepared to finalize completion operations for the next three locations and, weather permitting, anticipate that we should have all four wells producing at full capacity [by mid-June].”
Allied Operating LLC, a subsidiary of Allied Energy, will be the operator of the properties.
