Precision Petroleum Corp., Oklahoma City, (OTCBB: PPTO) has acquired an interest in Heath #1, a Hunton limestone well in Seminole County, Oklahoma, from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price.

Heath #1 is in South Wewoka Field in SE/4, section 31-T8N-R8E. Heath #1 had attained maximum flow rates of 85 barrels of oil per day and has been cut back to approximately 30 barrels and 30,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The company plans to drill to test a possible Cromwell sandstone well.
