Murphy Oil Announces Dividend

EL DORADO, Ark. -- The board of directors of Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE: MUR) on Feb. 6 declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable March 1 to shareholders of record Feb. 19.
