Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) has priced a public offering of some 11.3 million common units representing limited-partner interests at US $49.14 per unit.

Williams Partners also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to some 1.7 million additional common units. The offering is expected to close on March 8.
