Northern Tier Launches Common Units Offering

Northern Tier Energy LP (NYSE: NTI) has commenced an underwritten public offering of 9 million common units representing limited partner interests held by Northern Tier Holdings LLC.
The common units are being sold in the offering pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the selling unitholder anticipates granting the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.35 million common units.
