Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: EROC) has priced its public offering of 9 million common units representing limited partner interests at $9.31 per unit.
The offering has been upsized from 8 million to 9 million common units. The partnership intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.2 million additional common units.
Net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its credit facility.
