EV Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: EVEP) closed its public offering of 5 million common units sold at $36.86 per unit to the public.
The underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 750,000 units. The partnership received net proceeds of $208.4 million.
Net proceeds will be used to repay borrowings outstanding under its senior secured credit facility.
Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets, Baird, and Credit Suisse were joint book-running managers. This offering of common units was made only by means of a preliminary prospectus supplement and the accompanying base prospectus.
