Bayshore Completes $60K Private Placement

Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: BSH) intends to complete a private placement of 200,000 common shares at C $0.30 per share.
The corporation estimates C $60,000 gross proceeds. Proceeds will be used to fund the corporation's ongoing work program in its Saskatchewan oil and gas properties and for general corporate purposes.
