Superior Oil and Gas Co., Yukon, Okla., (OTCBB: SIOR) completed two tests on the Mississippi formation in its Gayla No. 1 well in Eddington Field in Logan County, Oklahoma.

The tests were run by Oklahoma City-based Millennium Inc. The tests produced 30 barrels of oil an hour and 400,000 cubic feet of gas a day.

Superior chief executive Dan Lloyd says, “We have two other zones we intend to perforate and test. But we likely will put the well on production for a short period before we turn our attention to the other two zones.”
