Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSXV: EBY) has received the drilling permit for its first horizontal well at Wooden Horse in Guadalupe County, Texas.

According to the release, drilling operations are expected to commence the first week of April. The horizontal well, Kuhn 1H, will be drilled utilizing the data acquired through the vertical drilling program on the Kuhn lease.
