HOUSTON— A good entrepreneur should be confident but humble, set apart from more egocentric entrepreneurs, according to Carl Tricoli, the co-founder, managing partner and co-president of Denham Capital Management LP. And successful entrepreneurs should also have a vision or goal, not monetary gain, at the center of their motivation, he added.
