American Eagle Energy Updates 2014 Capital Budget

American Eagle Energy Corp. (NYSE MKT: AMZG) updated its 2014 capital budget, the company said March 10.

The budget now includes a continual, two-rig horizontal drilling program on 37,900 pro forma net acres in the Williston Basin’s Spyglass area, the company added.

A total budget of $86.1 million is allocated to drilling and completions, American Eagle Energy said.

Of that amount, $82.2 million will be spent to drill 24 operated gross wells and $3.9 million will be spent on participation in 0.6 nonoperated wells by year’s end, the company added. ...
