SECTOR COMMENTARY
The energy sector ended a quiet day of trading mostly lower, trailing the broader equity markets in thin choppy trading. Investors moved to the sidelines on a lack of market moving announcements today and after major benchmarks last week stitched together their biggest weekly gains in more than a year.
