Talos Production LLC , a wholly owned subsidiary of Talos Energy LLC, has completed its acquisition of Energy Resource Technology GOM Inc. (ERT), the oil and gas subsidiary of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (NYSE: HLX), for US $620 million.
