RedWater Forms JV, Spuds First Well

RedWater Energy Corp. (TSXV: RED) has signed a joint venture drilling agreement with a private resource focused company located in Toronto.
Initially, the joint venture partner will participate in a two-well Mannville light oil drilling program at Redwater. The company will be the project operator on all wells. Completion of this transaction is subject to TSXV Exchange approval.
The first well was spudded March 8 and the second location is expected to spud the following week, according to the release.
