RedWater Acquires Western Alberta Acreage

RedWater Energy Corp. (TSXV: RED) has completed its strategic acquisition in the Redwater and Westlock areas of Alberta.

The purchase price was C $2.5 million funded from working capital and available credit facilities.

Production for the month of December from the acquired properties averaged 53 barrels of oil per day and 250 thousand cubic feet per day of natural gas for a total of 95 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
