Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Co. Plc (AIM: NTOG) plans to buy a 5% working interest in the High Plains Program in Texas operated by Brown and Borelli for an undisclosed sum.

The companies plain to explore and develop an area of mutual interest that covers 66 square miles. Nostra Terra and Brown and Borelli will re-enter a previously drilled well within the next 60 days which, analysis indicates, could be productive.
