GreenHunter Closes Eagle Ford Asset Acquisition

GreenHunter Energy Inc. (NYSE: GRH) has closed on the acquisition of two oilfield water service and construction companies that provide services to oil and natural gas producers in the Eagle Ford Shale through its wholly owned subsidiary, GreenHunter Water LLC.
The two entities, White Top Oilfield Construction LLC and Black Water Services LLC, have been providing services with common management since 2008 to operators active in the Eagle Ford Shale play.
