Apache Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Apache Corp. (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA), has completed its transaction with Chevron Canada Ltd. to build and operate the Kitimat LNG project and develop natural gas resources at the Liard and Horn River basins in British Columbia, Canada.
